The Winter Slump 🥶
🕰️ The clocks are about to change, and with that, we lose even more daylight here in the UK (for those elsewhere, we envy you). This time of year? It's HARD. The mornings feel darker, colder. Getting out of bed, going to the gym, preparing meals—it all feels like more of a grind. The pull towards comfort, the desire to take it easy, grows stronger. But here’s the thing: IT'S BECAUSE IT'S HARDER THAT WE MUST PUSH HARDER. Think about it—if you can build strong habits and routines over the next few months, during the toughest part of the year, what will that do for your self-confidence? How will it feel to know you’ve shown up for yourself, even when it wasn’t easy? It’s in the moments where it’s hardest that true growth happens. Your commitment, your discipline—that’s what builds integrity. What will you be doing to make the winter months that little easier and more manageable?!

Life Audit & Goal Setting
I have just spent the last hour goal setting and setting up my Google calendar. I honestly didn’t think I would have much in the way of goals but when you start breaking them down as to how you aim achieve them, it takes on a life of its own lol. Thanks @David Hatt for sharing this 👏 Now onto the Winter Blues Blueprint and the Perfect Life Prompt .

*Scroll to the bottom of the post to get the questions to help you start planning your dream day and life* I was playing around with this "viral chatGPT" prompt earlier and I thought it was a cool thing for you guys to use / do throughout the next few weeks and months to get a little clearer on what you want from life. Across the last 10 years I've looked a lot into personal development and then biggest KEY for any success I have had is from having a clear vision. Between 2016 and 2020 I had the most specific clear goals that I wanted to reach and in 2021 I reached every single one of them. When I wrote them down, I said it'd take 12-18 months. In reality, it took 5 years. But it didn't matter - I achieved them all. From the girl I wanted to be with. The car I wanted to drive. The trips I wanted to take. The business I wanted to own. The money I wanted to make. It all happened at once. This all started with visualisation and being clear on what I was pursuing.
