Life Audit & Goal Setting
I have just spent the last hour goal setting and setting up my Google calendar. I honestly didn’t think I would have much in the way of goals but when you start breaking them down as to how you aim achieve them, it takes on a life of its own lol. Thanks @David Hatt for sharing this πŸ‘ Now onto the Winter Blues Blueprint and the Perfect Life Prompt .

ChatGPT Dream Life...
*Scroll to the bottom of the post to get the questions to help you start planning your dream day and life* I was playing around with this "viral chatGPT" prompt earlier and I thought it was a cool thing for you guys to use / do throughout the next few weeks and months to get a little clearer on what you want from life. Across the last 10 years I've looked a lot into personal development and then biggest KEY for any success I have had is from having a clear vision. Between 2016 and 2020 I had the most specific clear goals that I wanted to reach and in 2021 I reached every single one of them. When I wrote them down, I said it'd take 12-18 months. In reality, it took 5 years. But it didn't matter - I achieved them all. From the girl I wanted to be with. The car I wanted to drive. The trips I wanted to take. The business I wanted to own. The money I wanted to make. It all happened at once. This all started with visualisation and being clear on what I was pursuing. Monday Club!
Monday is a MINDSET. It's your choice how you view today! I personally love them! It's always a little reset on the previous week to just get dialled in on your goals. Would love to know what you're focusing on this week? For me... - Train or stretch every day (I'm tight as fuck right now!!) - 4 hours of DEEP work every morning. - 1 house task ticked off each night (I have A LOT to do) If I get that done this week I'll be extremely happy!
