V3 - 100 Lunges 100 Sit-ups 40 pushups 60 squats Had to adjust my goal- plank c was 3 sets push up holding planks so my shoulder was hurting. Keep pushing through. Im doing a 48 hr fast right now to help the healing. I fixed my tennis elbow with a 48 so I know it cant hurt! Feeling good, my morning habits setting in a nice routine which I was struggling with to start. Water has been a struggle as Im trying to not have carbonated water anymore so this plain π¦ is a challenge but getting it down. Hope everyone is having a fantastic day!
