Monday Club!
Monday is a MINDSET. It's your choice how you view today! I personally love them! It's always a little reset on the previous week to just get dialled in on your goals. Would love to know what you're focusing on this week? For me... - Train or stretch every day (I'm tight as fuck right now!!) - 4 hours of DEEP work every morning. - 1 house task ticked off each night (I have A LOT to do) If I get that done this week I'll be extremely happy!

Just back from a pull session at gym so aiming for 3x strength sessions, steps which I've upped to 12k from this week. Back at work tomorrow after 2 weeks off so really need to start trying to nail sleep! Currently working out when I can fit training into my schedule this week due to training in work from 9-5. Happy Monday everyone πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

@David Hatt normally try switch phone off ( still working on this lol) and read to try and switch off from my day. I'm fine when I'm not working can sleep no bother but when I am at work it's like my brain can't switch off its so annoying!

@David Hatt aw fab thanks for that, I've been off work for 2 weeks so back on Tuesday and worried my sleep is going to go back to being shit again so will defo try the above!
