For women, tracking the menstrual cycle is a valuable tool for understanding their health, managing symptoms, and identifying patterns of hormonal changes that influence the body and brain - It's known as an important vital sign of health for females! By becoming aware of your cyclical pattern, with the use of apps and basal body temperature (BBT) tracking, women can gain insight into their reproductive health, fertility, and overall wellness. As a chiropractic student specializing in women’s health and neurology, my goal is to empower you with knowledge about the phases of the menstrual cycle and tools to track it effectively. The menstrual cycle length can vary from person to person, with the typical range falling between 21 to 35 days. Variations in cycle length can have different clinical implications, such as hormonal imbalances, lifestyle stressors, or underlying health conditions. Check out this quick YouTube video for a brief overview of the menstrual cycle. Although at the end of the video it states "That variations of the menstrual cycle is normal in each women's life..." any variation in the menstrual cycle could be your body's way of telling you to take a closer look at your overall health. My biggest struggle is making time in my busy schedule and knowing what to do. The internet offers so many alternatives but what would really work for me… I have tried many things and I can’t stand my belly fat. I was an athlete, now I sit all day in front of my computer and it’s work work work… 3. I want to be healthy and get back in shape and stay that way.

@Thali Torres Not sure, I think it’s more not knowing what to do. For example if I have 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon, what exercises should I do... Or if I have 30 minutes this day, what should I do then?…
