New Video Drop: Full Marathon Recap! šŸ…šŸƒšŸ¾
Hey fam! As promised, the full play-by-play recap of my marathon is now LIVE on YouTube! šŸŽ„ I break down the entire journeyā€”every mile, every struggle, and how I pushed through it all to cross that finish line. This marathon was more than just a race, it was a test of discipline, grit, and mental toughness. I faced some serious obstacles along the way, but the biggest takeaway? When you refuse to quit, you prove to yourself just how strong you really are. šŸ’ŖšŸ¾ This is the kind of energy weā€™re bringing into Monk Modeā€”showing up, pushing through the tough moments, and finishing strong no matter what. Check out the video, and let me know your thoughts in the comments! What challenges are you pushing through right now, and how are you staying committed? Letā€™s keep motivating each other to level up! šŸš€ Watch Here: https://youtu.be/YxSM_lciAws?si=OhgSYGeYjNWbXm7o

Day 18, Burn out.
Hello family hope y'all are doing splendid. I am too. So today is my day 18 on the journey of Monk mode, and to be honest, I can feel I'm burned out. The momentum is fleeting. I've reached the testing phase where it differentiates the real ones from the rest. Sometimes I really don't feel like accomplishing my non-negotiable tasks. I understand that at such time is when discipline counts, but damn, I'm finding it hard. How do you guys handle such huddles in your journey?

First off thanks for being so transparent bro. After awhile we tend to get burnt out and that same motivation we had to start runs low. But thats the difference between true discipline and motivation. Motivation is fleeting and won't last. And just as in life when you get burnt out or off path you have to find a way to get back aligned on your path. You have to really harness your "WHY". Remember who or what you are doing this for. Its about reprogramming our mind to do that hard things even when we don't feel like it . Because it will only build a strong, more powerful you in the future. Its normal to have the feeling you have but you just can't stay there. Keep fighting bro, and let me know if you need anything or just want to chat. šŸ™šŸ¾

The ONE Habit That Changed Everything for MešŸ’” (And Itā€™s Not What You Think)
Alright fam, Iā€™ve gotta be real with you. Over the past few years, thereā€™s been ONE habit thatā€™s completely shifted my mindset, my productivity, and honestly, how I approach life. And no, itā€™s not some magic formula or secret hack. Itā€™s CONSISTENCY. Yeah, just showing up every single day, even when I donā€™t feel like it, has made all the difference. I used to be so afraid of failing that Iā€™d hesitate to even start. But what Iā€™ve realized? Failure is just part of the process, itā€™s a tool. Itā€™s not something to avoid, itā€™s something to embrace. Every failure is a lesson that brings you closer to success. You donā€™t need to be perfect. You just need to show up. Fear of failure holds so many people back, but the only way to truly fail is to stop trying. Now, I donā€™t even care if I mess up, I just keep pushing, keep learning, and keep showing up every day. Although, after a while of consistency, my standard of excellence for myself is higher than it has ever been before, so messing up is much more minuscule than what it was in the past. So, whatā€™s one habit youā€™ve picked up recently thatā€™s helped you push through the fear of failure or helped you stay consistent? Drop it in the comments, I wanna know whatā€™s working for you! šŸ‘‡šŸ¾ Letā€™s keep each other motivated and moving forward. The grind doesnā€™t stop! šŸ’ŖšŸ¾šŸ”„

wow i love that. it takes a lot of introspection and awareness to know the difference between being hungry and feeding your emotions with food. You'd be suprised, so many people suffer from this and don't really realize it. Very nice observation! Im glad you are able to stick to the slow carb diet, def one of my favs for sure. How has your cheat day's been? Also, have you done any other diets in the past, if so do you notice a difference?

I know exactly what you mean. Definitely feel like crap the day after šŸ˜‚. I do my cheat days on sundays so I expect my mondays to be a little more slow. But like you said as you progress it will lead to less cravings. I am going to start cutting back my cheat days to just one cheat meal soon. And I have been doing great! I see and feel the results from cutting out carbs . I have been doing slow carb diet on and off for the last year and each time , I learn something new about myself. Super curious, how and when did you hear about the slow carb diet? Don't know many people who do it. Its usually low carb or keto.
