After thinking I’m Ethan hunt free soloing a wall in the desert and pulling off a near impossible move I’m nursing what I hope is just a sprained ankle. ( I actually just fell off the bouldering wall and caught my foot on a hold on the way down before landing on a nice soft mat). My plan tonight would have been a run. Didn’t seem wise…plan b is always heavy jump rope but I think that’s asking abit much….instead of calling it a day, I went with plan c! Body weight indoor workout… did what I could and still broke a sweat. 1 percent win!
