Hey guys is there a work around for this, I don't understand whats happening lol. One of us can login to agencentric via the app in GHL. But if I do it, it takes me to the login pay wall where it doesn't recognize our email.

My voice AI is only answering the call the second time they call it, for first calls where the contact is not saved in GHL it does not answer, but for numbers where the contact is already saved in GHL it answers normally. Another point is that after the first call the contact is saved as "Guestcaller...". Is anyone else going through this? How did they resolve it?
