Voice AI only answering on the second call
My voice AI is only answering the call the second time they call it, for first calls where the contact is not saved in GHL it does not answer, but for numbers where the contact is already saved in GHL it answers normally. Another point is that after the first call the contact is saved as "Guestcaller...". Is anyone else going through this? How did they resolve it?

@Claudia Whetstone Thanks for the tip, at the moment the calls are not sending post calls and are not appearing in the history, but when it works again I will test :/
inbound calling good to go, test and lmk
let me know if that helps, should fix the initial calling timeout as well let me know

Everything is working great for me except for the users name being pulled into GHL. Any assistance @Jorden Williams .

Crazy long wait times for messages
Hi @Jorden Williams I hate to tag you here. First of all thanks for everything you do here, I'm a fan. I know you're working super hard on V2 but I'd REALLY appreciate your help here. 🙏 Assistable's performance for me is decreasing by the day. At first (4ish days ago), my assistants would respond instantly. Yesterday I had wait times of 3-4 minutes. Today it's taking around 12 minutes for a message to just sync from GHL and show up in the messages thread. Then so far going on over 30 minutes with no reply. I checked my billing and balance in OpenAI and everything is fine as far as I can see. I disconnected and re-connected my GHL integration. I'm not sure what to do. If anyone else here has experienced this and solved it I'd appreciate your help! TIA for your time!

In my case the messages from customers are not coming. In this case I wait one day for apply the Assistant manually.
WhatsApp Integration - "Pending" when bot answers
Did anyone try and setup bots to respond to WhatsApp messages? I seem to be getting all the messages done by bots going to "Pending" and if I try and write a message it goes through no problem. Reached out to GHL support, but wanted to check if anyone ran into similar issue and found a solution?
