I love the idea of extreme ownership described by @Calvin Hollywood, "If they don't engage, it's not their problem it is ours". So what are your go to strategies to encourage engagement within your community for members who are not responsive or haven't logged in to Skool in a week?
100% yes. I do recognize that the 'file storage'/data space aspect is something that would need to be assessed.. But I do feel, especially within the community setting itself, it would allow for me (and I'm sure many others) to connect with their members more easily + with less friction.
Finally made it to level 2! This is very exciting to me because I have a hard time figuring out Skool as I am more of a getting your hands dirty (literally) type of guy. But everyday Iβm learning more and more on this platform and seeing that the opportunities for this are possibly endless. Thanks to all who have made posts to help people like me navigate this platform justa little bit better! βπΎπ₯
Congrats, Jose! π 100% though - the platform truly is "what you make of it." Continue interacting and engaging on posts; you'll keep climbing up the ranks in no time!
How do you close the gap between yourself and your goals? Do you have a specific time/ place each day where you focus your energy? OR Do you make small efforts throughout the day? If you have a system/ method that works for you, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
What's goin' on, Blake π Really a combination of the two listed. Of course have time blocks dedicated to specific tasks and based off prioritization of what is *actually most important*. But it's also approaching these time blocks with a "non-negotiable" mentality π§ I'm sure we can all relate that we feel good about mapping out a schedule in Google Cal, etc. However - it's one thing to map it out, and it's an entirely different thing to legitimately not deviate from it π― In addition to the time blocks, I have daily non-negotiables that I attend to (so that ensures at least SOMETHING PROGRESSIVE is happening every single day) - whether that be volume of reachouts to prospective clientele, customer service related items, social media posts, etc. No 'one size fits all' system π It's about finding the system/steps that genuinely align with you and simultaneously optimize your level of productivity π Hope this helps!!
