Weird Sensations…Again
I’ve been doing good for the past few weeks. But, had a moment when I saw something on social media. Heart start thumping and now my lips started tingling. What other weird symptoms have you experienced when you become anxious? What helped them subside?

Asking for prayer 🙏🏾
So my anxiety 😬 has been on 1000 all this week!! My Grandmother 99 years young passed away last weekend so I’m sure that’s why my anxiety 😥 is BAD right now!! Prayers for stay travels and my Family for strength, comfort and my anxiety go back away😏😏!! Also this week I’ve been doing Two teaspoon and for me it’s helping / working 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Loss of Appetite….. Again
When my anxiety get off track my appetite goes with it. Has anyone else went through this? What did you do to get it back again? I did want to lose a few pounds but not this way. 😭

Man I haven’t had an appetite in 3 months I barely be wanting to drink anything so no you not the only one that experience this but I just been doing protein shakes and trying to force myself to eat at least twice a day

@Ashley Legier girl tell me about it since I’ve been going through it like I’ve been scared to like be outside. I’ll be scared to drive because I’m just always thinking I’m gonna have a panic attack. It’s just a lot and I’m just like I can’t keep living in fear like this.
