3 NEW COURSES for beginners
Good day Caliversity athletes! We used to have one fixed course for beginners to go from 0 pull ups to unlocking the muscle up. But we understood lately that achieving the pull up is no easy deal, much less the muscle up, so we've decided to split the course into 3 NEW sections: Course 1: Unlock your first pull up - Unlock your first pull up from SCRATCH, - Follow a step by step training basis - Much more scrutinized requirement and target goal to achieve for each level. Course 2: Muscle Up technique - Learn the techniques that a muscle up requires - Split into 3 different sections Course 3: Muscle Up strength conditioning - Condition for the strength that a muscle up needs - A sequel for 'Course 1: Unlocking your first pull up' - Complete Course 1 before this course

3 NEW COURSES for beginners
Does Hand Position Matter with planche push up?
Whenever I see other athletes doing planche pushups, I will always see them doing either a regular hand placement,(like for a regular pushup), or use a reverse hand placement with their fingers pointing backwards. I personally find it better on my wrist to have my fingers point forward but does it actually matter which way my hand is pointing?

With the wrists pointing forward, there is a greater emphasis of your bodyweight on your wrists themselves, making both the balancing aspect of the planche hold and the planche push up much easier than if your fingers were facing the back. Should your fingers be facing the back, there will be more tension placed on your biceps just to maintain balance and during the planche push up
"Start Calisthenics(for beginners)" to be REVAMPED
Greetings, Caliversity athletes! The first course in Caliversity(in which all beginners are recommended to start from) is in the process of being upgraded. Previously, the course featured 4 strength levels: level 1: for pull ups level 2: for pull ups level 3: for muscle ups level 4: for muscle ups We have taken a close look at the contents of the courses and decided that the entire structure could use a little more specificity, especially since the pull up and muscle up are calisthenics movements that are considered difficult for most beginners. Here are the changes: This entire course will be divided into 2 now: One for beginners to learn the pull up, which will feature 4 strength levels the other for beginners to learn the muscle up, which will feature 3 strength levels The courses will be divided into much more intricate detail, to cover more individual aspects on how you can improve your strength and weaknesses, so you can progress faster in your pull ups and muscle ups journey. We've also decided to compile information into the digital ebooks, so the videos look more presentable and straight to the point, In essence: What exercises to be done and how to do them: watch the video Why you should be doing the exercises, how many sets and how many reps: read the ebook We aim to publish this by the end of the week, and we're editing the final details Stay tuned!
