Kids on animal based
Hi all, i am hoping someone can help me out. I do animal based for a while now and i am loving it. Even in my bulk it works great for me. Now i want my children and my wife to experience the benefits also. But my kids won't eat organ meat. I need to make sure they get all the nutriënts and vitamins they need to grow up healthy, but how do i do that. Also do you all have guide lines for me on how many eggs, or meat i can feed them a day without giving them to much? Hoping someone can help me out.

@Coen Bras thank you. I drink 0.5liters fat Milk a day. 4 cups of Coffee and yes i use good electrolites. But up til 2 weeks ago i added fruit like bananas and blueberry..... i now see i don't want to do that. I still manage to keep 8% body fat now. Sow 360gr fat and 360gr protein is good? Just keep out the carbs is what you telling me? I will ho and look for recepies
