I’m just a boy from Arkansas. It pleases me to no end that Phoneless Sales Machine will be taught in German speaking countries! I’ve sold my stuff to over 78+ different countries over the last 20 years…much due to licensing mojo. It’s never cost me a penny out of my pocket. The recurring royalties and reach is more than I could’ve ever imagined. If you’ve got something that changes lives in some way, large or small, and want to impact the world, but don’t have a huge advertising budget… 👉 Package up your brilliance. 👉 Find a licensee and let them rent it for royalties. (Where do you find them? TIP: My German licensee is a customer. Your past customers are the easiest deals to make.) 👉 Don’t do an exclusive agreement until you’ve got a few deals under your belt. Non-exclusive is super safe. 👉 Base your royalty percentage off how much help and support you want/need to give them to get rolling. I only do deals where I don’t need to do much support at all…so I usually do deals between 10% to 25% of gross sales. 👉 Repeat until rich and you’re known all over the world 😆 Thank you for letting me celebrate with you! I've got a library of video content going back to 2014. One of the things I'm excitedly focused on is using AI to repurpose the content into books, courses, membership programs and so much MORE! I am blown away by what Claude AI, Perplexity, and POE AI can create that I can monetize with the licensing model. 👍There are endless licensing money machines to build using A.I. 👀I believe MARRYING AI and Licensing gives birth to the most stress-free income babies ever born! There are heaps of coaches, consultants, content creators, experts, and business owners with a fortune in IP just "sitting under their mattresses." ...without the know-how or time to monetize it. I just sent this email to a singing coach on youtube with over 1M subs. She crushes views with her reaction vids. And a little research revealed she has a few online courses. All this together suggests she may have a decent size customer list. I’m looking to explore placement of said rockstar’s IP into her customer flow. This was my opener. Really tried to lead with something personal up top And named her baby in the subj line “q about (course name) course?” I wanted to show I’d done some research and earned the right to ask her the question near the bottom while implying the benefit for her and her peeps.
