I'm probably behind a lot of you but I've been writing my own emails until yesterday. ...Yesterday was the first time that AI wrote 80%+ of an email for me. I spend about an hour editing it myself to make it sound like me. Today? AI wrote 95% of an email and made it's first sale. ...The email went out less than 2 hours ago to a list of (mostly) non-buyers... My only contributions were: The story (which was copy and pasted from a Reddit thread) The insight "relate this story using direct quotes to this insight:" Editing (sometimes AI will go a bit over the top) Once I let go of my ego that I could write better copy? The whole email was written, edited, and published in under a half hour. ... Probably would have taken me 2-3 hours had I done it myself from scratch. YAY sale! And YAY huge time saver! I could probably run 3-4 newsletters this way:-)

I want to send you my newsletter's paid members. I've got a newsletter about side hustles with 7600 subscribers. A chunk of them are buyers paying monthly or yearly. Owning a rental house with no renter is like owning a course (or other intellectual property) without a licensee. The AGE of the house/IP doesn't matter as much as the UTILITY... Is it still useful? If it is... And it's sitting empty... You're losing "rent" you could be making every month. I love that my rental IP doesn't have toilets, tenants or termites. Just recently... I took a framework (IP) I'd been teaching for years and repurposed it into a book. 👉Make Em Beg to Buy from You The framework is still useful...it will ALWAYS be useful - AKA Evergreen I am earning rent/royalties every day now... I will for YEARS...maybe decades...probably for life. Now... 🏆BONUS TIME if you've read this far... Get this... I covered ALL of my expenses repurposing the framework into a book: the cover art, editing, the WHOLE ENCHILADA...and I had money left over! How? 👉by selling/renting a bonus chapter for $5,000 before the book was even written. It sold in hours because it's such a great deal to get a lifetime spot in the book. I could've "sold" 2 or 3 more chapters too. Info and info publishing is the most leveraged game in existence, IMO. But... IP collecting digital dust earns zip. I wouldn't be surprised if a few folks here don't have a million dollars or more in rental income they will never enjoy because they THINK they've maxed out sales on their IP. ...when a little repurposing and putting it out in the right marketplaces for rent would bring in the most passive income I've ever found. Most of them NEED more "rental income" but don't know how to get it. In Royalty Ronin we act as brokers and earn 30% to 50% of the royalty income on average.

When I bought and sold land? One of my biggest time and energy sucks was hiring and training VAs to do the tedious grunt work I didn’t want to do. One day in a chat I asked a colleague how he was training team members. He said: “I’ve created a step-by-step SOP (on how to pick a profitable property) I give everyone. I know it works because I’ve done it and my current VAs all followed this process and got similar results. If a new hire can’t follow this SOP? I know they’re not a good fit.” Then he said magical words… “Want me to send it to you?” ... Did I want to benefit from his months of work, refinement, and tens of thousands of dollars spent creating this process and training people? Abso-friggin-lutely! **Here's the important bit.** This guy wasn't giving me his process because he's a generous guy. He gave them to me because he didn’t see value in something that didn't directly make him money. But Royalty Rockstars do. Or hopefully do now.
