I truly enjoyed this experience, whilst I didn’t appear active on here due to work commitments and poor signal I really learned an awful lot from this challenge and while I only lost 4 lb (I’m already pretty slim) the learning and lessons gave me so much more to incorporate going forwards and improve upon. Thank you so much @Thomas Collins

@Thomas Collins Increased conditioning training specifically geared towards combat sports, started 1-2-1 instruction from a semi-pro mma fighter once a week, increased striking and BJJ sessions from 2-3 times per week to 5.

@Thomas Collins nutrition I’m back to tracking macros, removed the majority of processed crap (I’m not giving up red bull tom), sleep I’m working on, hydration got a big L water bottle and aiming for two of those a day. General activity varies day to day due to work.
