First run that Iβve been on since lockdown and decided to start off with a bang! Suppose this could almost be classed as a couch to 5K minus the to partπ Side note, my legs are in pieces off trying to run more on my toes to avoid shin splints!
Ya bro good job, I remember my first race for 5k, I had no experience for cross country, I got a 25:41, now I'm trying to break the 18 minute barrier, which is enough to get me to Provincials but not further π. U keep working on that bro and I'll do too π
@Cameron Tait ohhhhh, i ran the BMO half-marathon here in Vancouver because my girlfriend forced me to, not a good experience π, i'm a short distance runner that is not for me haha. What's wrong with your calves?
