Intermitent fasting
I just saw that this course is against IF. I am a begginer so I would like to know what do you think about that people/doctors who say that fasting “cleans“ your body or removes cancer cells. Thank y'all

Hey. I research this a lot and it's a mixed bag of results out there. Personally what I have taken away is that when fasting we are more prone to a spike and crash in blood sugar levels which can cause extreme fatigue and slugishness when we eventually do eat food. Now, I'm not sure about you, but this is definitely not something that I want to be happening so I would advise against it. Have a high protein low carb breakfast to avoid a carb crash is my only suggestion.
Water resistance??
I looked it up and it says Oura is water resistant. Has anyone who’s had one for a while now able to attest to this? Wondering if I am able to bring it in the sauna and cold showers

I've worn mine in the sauna a few times and it's always been fine.
Running Advice - Knee pain
Hey guys, just looking for a bit of advice! I've been going to the gym for a while now and recently started short running sessions, mostly just to feel good. Despite warming up and everything, I have been experiencing pretty bad knee pain in the days following these runs and on my leg days in the gym (especially squats etc). I was wondering if any of you guys have experienced this or know what I should to to resolve it next time. Thankyou!

@Mikhail St Catherine Hi, thanks for your reply. It hasn’t been so bad recently but it tends to hurt during and after the movement. It hurts around the patella area mostly.
