Athletic Rebirth?
Think about the meaning and purpose of baptism. Being reborn into your new self of following Christ, leaving your old habits and behavior behind. But what if we applied a similar principle to fitness? 🤔 The #1 reason people fail to get fit is falling back into their “comfortable” habits that’s got them out of shape in the first place. And learning new habits starts with a new identity. So step 1: Believe that you are now an athlete! Step 2: Back it up with your actions💪 And the more you show yourself that you are an athlete, the more “automatic” it becomes and the hard things that once required mental strength and discipline become natural🏆
