17 days to go…
And the journey was anything but easy. The struggle was real, and the scale seemed almost defiant, with changes so slight they were barely noticeable. There were moments I questioned the process, I questioned myself and at times, it felt like I was taking steps backward. But I held onto patience, remembering that real change is slow. I stayed disciplined, knowing that perseverance is what sets results apart from dreams. And, maybe most importantly, I practiced kindness toward myself. I stopped being my own worst critic and became my biggest supporter. Best of all, I hushed that little voice inside my head that said it’s too hard, you’re too old, it can’t be done…just give up already. Yes, I have those thoughts too! Many of you have witnessed this transformation happen in real time, seeing each small step add up to something much bigger. Today’s photo is proof that even when progress feels invisible, it’s there, building strength, resilience, and confidence that goes far beyond the mirror. Keep going, even when it feels impossible. It’s worth it—you’re worth it.

Well done Anthony!!! So amazing
This is special
Over the years, I’ve trained thousands of people. I’ve seen different levels of commitment, different levels of grit, and countless reasons why people choose to embark on this journey. But every once in a while, someone extraordinary comes along—someone who doesn’t just follow instructions but embodies them. @Bernadett Csaszar is one of those rare individuals. From the start, she’s taken every single directive, every piece of advice, and applied it with unwavering precision. There’s a look in her eye that tells me she’s not here to go halfway; she’s here to give her all. She has the fire, the hunger to push past limits and do the hard things without hesitation. Bernadett doesn’t just want change—she’s willing to earn it. I can see that resolve in the way she trains, in the way she shows up every day, and in how she tackles every challenge I set for her. It’s more than just dedication; it’s a powerful commitment to her own growth, and it’s a privilege to witness. When I look at her, I see someone who’s going places. She’s already shown she has the drive, the discipline, and the heart to achieve incredible things. With that kind of mindset, there’s no limit to what she can accomplish. And as her coach, I’m here to guide her every step of the way, honoured to play a part in a journey that’s destined for greatness.

The scale can play games
Recently I heard someone say they get on the scale AFTER taking their progress pics. I think this is a BRILLIANT idea. I got on the scale FIRST this week and the scale was up by quite a bit. 😳🙃 making me feel a bit frustrated. I had to remind myself that I had increased my carbs on leg day, I just had leg day and was still fatigued. Then I took my pics. 📸 Then I compared Day 1 to this week. I lost ZERO POUNDS!😳 BUT CHECK IT OUT!!!!❤️👇🏽 📸 128.4# in BOTH pics!!!! ANNNND, 2 days later almost 2# whooshed off!!!126.8# today!!! 💪🏽👏🏽💪🏽👏🏽💪🏽👏🏽💪🏽👏🏽💪🏽👏🏽 Trust the process!!!! Julie Batt
