Hello nookers!!!! Just Quick update on the 7 days challenge . As mentioned I decided to start qith the 2 spoons of vinegar. Can't lie took a bit to adapt to the taste but will post results because ,maybe be my paranoia ( doubt it ) but I was feeling blooped and It went away . Also , question!!!!! I usually always drink water with lemon in the morning on an empty stomach. How can I combine that with the vinegar, or is it even possible . ๐Ÿค๐Ÿค๐Ÿค

Currently THE netherlands. My reason to join thus group ( and please forgive my English) It is to learn more about new healthy habits . New recipes and knowledge about natural food supplies and our body . And most importantly to support the amazing person behind all this , in whom I believe blindly . And nevertheless I see future , and my future and success in here as well , as in sure it will become a huge community . By the way my favorite dish is Yam fufu but sadly I have no picture of it !
