Welcome bro 💪
Introduction
Hi, i am a junior high schooler, currently 9th grade, my weight usually goes between 53-54kg, i am 167cm tall. I wish to have some level in doing calisthenics, i have school stuff and lack of any equipment, so all i have is floor, wall, and chair for elevated surface.

Are there any calisthenics parks/parks around your area? If so, you can do pushups and pull-ups at the playground.
I need likes
Guys, please help me get to level 2 so i can start taking the pull up strength class. I can only do one normal pull up, and i would like to be able to do more. Who knows, maybe i can progress to atleast 5?

If you have time, try greasing the groove. You do sets an exercise throughout the day that are relatively easy, not to failure. Instead of doing this for pull-ups, try the easier variation, Australian pull-ups since you can only do one. Once those start to feel really easy, move on to pull-ups
How to Define Abs
I’m looking for the most effective way to define my abs more and build strength. I already have some abs, but I want to make them more defined. What’s the best approach?

@Daniele Gaggiotti I’m a runner so my bfp is decently- pretty low. Thanks for the useful advice 👍

From Skinny & Insecure to Strong & Confident: My Own Transformation Journey
Growing up, I was always the skinniest guy in the room. I started at 50 kg (about 110 lbs) with almost no muscle. That feeling of being overlooked, not being taken seriously, and even a bit invisible was tough to shake. So, I started working out at home, hitting push-ups and whatever calisthenics I could manage, determined to change. Over the years, I went all in. From training with bodyweight exercises to eventually bulking up in the gym, I pushed myself to lift heavier, eat cleaner, and stay consistent no matter what. Today, I've added almost double the muscle and even built my bench press up from a humble 75 kg to a solid 105 kg. That journey from skinny to strong wasn’t just about my physique, though—it’s about confidence and self-respect. The gym taught me resilience, patience, and the power of showing up every day to work on myself. It’s an investment in who you’re becoming. Your Turn: What’s your biggest goal in the gym, and what are you willing to do to make it happen? 💪

@Noah Khan That’s a tremendous achievement you’ve accomplished. If I may, do you recommend any quick but effective full body workouts to do everyday that’s both calisthenics and weights?
