Do you guys want to do dips but don't know where to start? After trying countless exercises and routines, the most effective one was to do lots and lots of reps of pushups. I followed @Daemon Caliversity "Advice to teens trying to get BIGGER" and made tons of gains. The immense strength and endurance gains are unmatched.
