The importance of eating for energy
So I wanted to talk about the importance of eating to live not living to eat. I know a lot of times including myself we can fall victim of our taste buds. I want to stress to you that you can truly feel better eating better. You don't have to give up ALL your favorite foods because I haven't lol. But you shouldn't eat them as often. And if you do, counteract that with more activity throughout the day. That doesn't mean more exercise just going for a few walks a day and eating right can change your entire body composition.
