90 Days of Discipline, Dedication, and Change
The first photo was taken on September 9th, and the second on December 1st—a span of just 90 days. In that time, I lost 10 kg at my lowest, but this journey was about so much more than just the number on the scale. This transformation was built on consistency, hard work, and trusting the process. It wasn’t about quick fixes or shortcuts—it was about showing up every day, even when it wasn’t easy. There were days when motivation was low, but discipline carried me through. The progress you see here didn’t happen by accident. It came from: • Structured training that balanced strength and hypertrophy • Precise nutrition tailored to fuel my body while creating a sustainable calorie deficit • Patience and resilience—because real change takes time If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, know this: the time will pass anyway. You might as well use it to move toward the best version of yourself. Start with small, consistent steps, and remember—it’s not about being perfect. It’s about being better than yesterday. Here’s to building a body and mindset that you’re proud of. Your transformation could be one decision away.

That's crazy Anthony, it is for sure a testament to dedication and patience, thankfully you have a process that you can rely on, knowing that it will be all worth it in the end, congratulations 🔥👏
17 days to go…
And the journey was anything but easy. The struggle was real, and the scale seemed almost defiant, with changes so slight they were barely noticeable. There were moments I questioned the process, I questioned myself and at times, it felt like I was taking steps backward. But I held onto patience, remembering that real change is slow. I stayed disciplined, knowing that perseverance is what sets results apart from dreams. And, maybe most importantly, I practiced kindness toward myself. I stopped being my own worst critic and became my biggest supporter. Best of all, I hushed that little voice inside my head that said it’s too hard, you’re too old, it can’t be done…just give up already. Yes, I have those thoughts too! Many of you have witnessed this transformation happen in real time, seeing each small step add up to something much bigger. Today’s photo is proof that even when progress feels invisible, it’s there, building strength, resilience, and confidence that goes far beyond the mirror. Keep going, even when it feels impossible. It’s worth it—you’re worth it.

That's insane @Anthony Phaèsse , many would call it impossible, that's truly inspirational 💪🔥
STOP CHASING IT - MAKE IT CHASE YOU.
You can’t have anything you want. When you come from a place of desire, from a place of wanting, you are resonating that you are currently not ok. That there is a sense of lack that’s vibrating within you right now. That you are not fulfilled and the only way to become truly fulfilled is if you finally achieve that which you want. “I’ll be happy once I have that fat bank account, those material possessions, that loving relationship, that banging body, that level of success… I’ll be fine then. Right now though, until I get all of that, I am not fine.” Yet whatever you persist in will resist. Think of a time when someone clingy could not stop chasing you—how did it make you feel? Did their energy make you move in closer to them, or make you run astray? Of course, you wanted to run for the hills! It’s the same with any form of desire. The more you try to chase it, the more it will turn its back. Desiring success is a bit like a shadow; the more you pursue it, the more it turns its back on you. Rather than doing all the chasing, make it chase you. Turn your back and forget about it. Stop wanting, start willing. Start willing to work hard, start willing to perform all the daily disciplines. And here’s the biggest secret: Do so by expecting a ZERO RETURN on your investment. Start making yourself more valuable to the marketplace, without the desire to produce specific results. Detach yourself from always needing to produce specific outcomes. Only when you want for nothing will you attract everything. When you really, really want something, it sends out a message that you really, really aren’t currently ok. This resistance is what you will keep attracting into your life—not being ok. Transformation only takes place from being aware that nothing materialistic will ever make you happy. Because once you’ve achieved all of the things you thought would make you happy, the ego will naturally cause you to strive for that next thing you currently don’t have.

That's so true! Spectacular writing Anthony 💯💯
All about abs
“Some train their abs in hopes they’ll appear, whilst others wait until they’re clear.” Many people perform abdominal exercises, ad infinitum ad nauseum, in a desperate attempt to make them visible, not realising that ab exercises alone won’t do the trick. Visible abs come from reducing body fat levels. Leading up to this picture taken today, I hadn’t performed any direct ab work—I only start training my abs once they start getting out of hibernation. Get lean first, then sculpt. The best “ab exercises” are: 1. Push away from the table 2. Put down the fork 3. Pull the fridge and pantry shut Training for a six-pack alone is like bobbing your head to lose a double chin—it’s the full approach that matters. Focus on these five: • Diet Deficit (prioritise protein) • Strength Train • Step Count • Sleep Hygiene • Consistency Abs are built in the gym, revealed in the kitchen and maintained with discipline.

Why Most Will Never Get in Shape (And How You Can Break the Cycle)
There always seems to be one common theme around the thousands of transformations I have witnessed over the last two (and a bit) decades. There are patterns of success and patterns of failure. Think about it for a second: It’s the same trainer, giving the same advice to potentially achieve the same result for everyone—optimal body composition, health, and vitality. These are the only two common denominators behind both the successes and the failures: trainer and philosophy. What seems to differentiate those who do from those who don’t is not the coach or his message, but the actual recipient of the information. Why do some succeed while others don’t? Here it is for you, and it’s so simple: The reason why most people will never get in the best shape of their life is because their organisation is extremely poor. They let life beat them up. They become reactive to their daily circumstances, not proactive. Rather than being the cause of their own reality, they resort to being at the effect of it. They never took the time to become the pilot of their life, only a passenger in their own body. If you truly want to change your body, your health, and your life, you need to become assertive. You must become deliberate with your day-to-day actions. You need to plan ahead for what, when, and how much you’re going to eat, where you will fit in your weekly workouts, and how you’ll get your daily steps in. No ifs, no buts. You need to know what time you MUST get to bed each night, not let life’s circumstances and poor habits dictate that for you. You need to know when to disconnect your relationship with your phone each day. Are you tracking your training, your steps, your sleep, the screen time on your phone each day? The main reason why most people will never get in shape is because they don’t take the time to organise their life. Most people look at getting in shape as swimming upstream in a river. They never truly took the time to understand why they want to achieve the goal in the first place.
