The first photo was taken on September 9th, and the second on December 1st—a span of just 90 days. In that time, I lost 10 kg at my lowest, but this journey was about so much more than just the number on the scale.
This transformation was built on consistency, hard work, and trusting the process. It wasn’t about quick fixes or shortcuts—it was about showing up every day, even when it wasn’t easy. There were days when motivation was low, but discipline carried me through.
The progress you see here didn’t happen by accident. It came from:
• Structured training that balanced strength and hypertrophy
• Precise nutrition tailored to fuel my body while creating a sustainable calorie deficit
• Patience and resilience—because real change takes time
If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, know this: the time will pass anyway. You might as well use it to move toward the best version of yourself. Start with small, consistent steps, and remember—it’s not about being perfect. It’s about being better than yesterday.
Here’s to building a body and mindset that you’re proud of. Your transformation could be one decision away.
