Worthy of sharing: How to Activate Your Third Eye
YouTube video entitled "CONFIRMED STUDY: This Harvard Expert Shows How to Activate Your Third Eye" This simply amazed me...a more scientific explanation of "State cultivation" that Sifu teaches. From Taigong to expanding your thought/energy out of the crown. Perhaps Sigong's "expansion" was his control over his CSP...makes one thing... Enjoy !!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QdzT5TKDl4o

Hi guys, it's been a while because of injury, quick update: On June 7th I was diagnosed with a severe L4-L5 disc hernia on the right sustained while playing on a fussball table. Received 1st cortisone injection June 18th, a 2nd on July 16th and check up July 31st, cleared for physical therapy, started on Monday. Looks like I won't need surgery! Thank God for Chu Shong Tin Wing Chun. Will need to complete 9 to 12 weeks of physical therapy before I can start Chum Kiu, at the moment my right leg doesn't follow when I rotate or pivot.🙏💜🙏

translation by Parker Peter Ting (挺) means to straighten or keep straight. I’m guessing Yui might have been a spelling error judging by the location of the circle in the diagram. If we were referring to the waist area, waist should be spelled Yiu (腰). Bok (膊) means shoulder (膊頭) So Ting Yiu means to keep your waist straight, but according to the diagram, it probably meant to keep your lower back straight. And Ting Bok means to keep your shoulders straight. Basically to keep your whole back (lower and upper back) straight. Kim (鉗) means to clamp Sut (膝) means knees So Kim Sut means to clamp your knees. Just think of bending your knees and toes pointing inwards so you create the triangle and having the triangulation feeling. Tao (頭) means head. Not sure what they were trying to say when using “Dung” because the spelling of this picture is all over the place. (For example, Tei Gong should have been Tai Gong.) Sut should’ve been spelled Sat (in dictionary, although it is pronounced like Sut, but that doesn’t generate the word if trying to type it out, at least not for my source.) Yui was misspelled as well. So I am assuming Dung might be another misspelled word. All in all, I think this diagram just supports what Sifu Nima has been teaching us, Tai Gong, keep your back straight, align the crown of your head to your tailbone, bend your knees, and triangulate. Hope it helps! This post was a reply on the following picture

Posture and Function of Sheep-clamping Stance: 1. Keep the body as one by aligning the spine and the thighs in a straight line (side view) 2. Slightly pull up the buttocks inwards (also described as holding the anus) 3. The level of the elbows is slightly lower than the fists' level 4. Sink the elbows and drop the shoulders 5. Keep the eyes on horizontal level 6. Bend the knees slightly until they are vertically above the toes, the knee joints must be relaxed 7. The feet should be placed shoulder width apart as though on a straight line, and 8. The knees and the toes point and focus onto the attack point, that is, the vertical point where the kicks from both legs can reach source: The book of Wing Chun Volume 1
