Hi, there my names James and i live in Stirling. signed up to give your blueprint a look over mainly for the habit tracker. yet to find something i manage to keep consistent with. am like a few others above, i don't mind winter and i switch up my training and run in the morning to give myself a challenge in the dark winter months. anyone with any running questions hit me up!!

@Eilidh Moffat hi there, a method I have used to overcome this.... if you live with parents you could put your alarm clock or phone at the opposite side of the room so you need to get up or since i live on my own i put my alarm on my phone in the room next door, means when it goes off you have to get up to turn off and then since your up.... no point going back to work. it helped me break this habit. Good luck!!
