1st session with new 1-on-1
My first session with my new client went great. I started with some footwork drills, went into heavy bag training, and then mitt training. Half hour flew by and she loved it. Canā€™t wait to start adding and mixing more from here into it

Welcome! Youā€™re going to loved all of it as you keep progressing
Just took on a new client
so I just took on a new 1-on-1 client. Iā€™m going to start building her through the classroom stuff we got here and see how things go. Would love to see this stuff and how to build it into sessions for her. What do you guys think I should do to mix all of this together into sessions for her? Was thinking of taking a little bit from each section and putting it together in a fun way. Iā€™m interested in strictly using what weā€™ve got here with this for the beginning and then eventually breaking free from it. Figured it would be a fun way to change things up from what I normally do.

Lesson planning/Sllyabus?
Hi guys new to the group here my names Josh, Professional K1 fighter and gym owner in the Uk. I'm just curious as when you build your lesson plans do you have them all planned and wrote out for the year, or do you adapt month by month. I have tons of plans wrote up but from a retention standpoint i always like to keep things fresh whilst still not trying to burnout and reduce the quality by always adding "shiny objects" Any thoughts on this? Also how would the same apply to your one on one clients? Cheers guys!

Hey welcome! So as for lesson plans Iā€™m trying to have them planned out for the year, but more so as a skeleton outline. That way if I have an outline of the stuff I have to cover I can include other things or go into more detail as needed per class. Right now though itā€™s at a month to month basis as Iā€™m building it out
Pivot Progressions
Hey everyone! Would love to hear everyoneā€™s thoughts. All my fitness classes are on heavy bags (I do have a few classes that are less fitness based). I take them off to bring in the progressions weā€™re learning. For anyone that does fitness classes or a lot of heavy bag work with groups, how do you incorporate your pivot progressions? Iā€™ve been testing out a few with jab- cross, but want to get more creative with these
