Hi guys new to the group here my names Josh, Professional K1 fighter and gym owner in the Uk.
I'm just curious as when you build your lesson plans do you have them all planned and wrote out for the year, or do you adapt month by month. I have tons of plans wrote up but from a retention standpoint i always like to keep things fresh whilst still not trying to burnout and reduce the quality by always adding "shiny objects" Any thoughts on this?
Also how would the same apply to your one on one clients?
