Hey everyone! I'm here to commit to losing the first 6 pounds within 30 days as a promise to myself, and my son who will be arriving in a few short weeks. I want to be an example of positive mindset and body image. While being ripped isn't what I am after, I do want to start being happy with who I am in the mirror, and only positive mental and physical change will make that happen.

I'm 40 and it isn't at weird as I expected, especially since I've had back pain as early as my twenties. I was mentally 25, physically 87 apparently.
