Question about Video Tool

This looks like stop motion which is essentially just photographs a bunch of photographs stitched together. I don't know how they did it without showing any hands on the parts where the pages are being flipped, but I actually think doing stop motion with hands flipping the pages would still be kinda cool. Established Artists are cancelling tour date...why?
Tour dates are being cancelled by know and established artist..... What's going on right now?

I think another element is that this that we’re still fairly close to COVID and tons of artist weren’t really touring for years and then a bunch of artist went on tour in the same year so it forces consumers to pick which concert they will go to and which ones they’ll pass on.

Older Artists
In today's industry is there still an "age limit" to when you should stop trying to be an artist? Or is it truly unlimited?

I think Audience matters more than age. If you can find an audience that connects with you music/brand then your age is irrelevant. Charles Bradley found an audience at 63 years old for example and it was probably an audience of people who could've been his grandkids too.

Consider Your Audience
I was watching a YouTube video by a bassist that was talking about this trend of guitarist (including him) playing extremely complex things on Instagram and how to do it. Towards the end of the video he said something that put into words what I’ve been wrestling with this whole year: “Consider your audience. If you are posting about music theory or fix pedals or how to play this or behind the scenes in the studio that; you should know, you are speaking exclusively to musicians” This is something I realized I was doing with my content on YouTube. Over the last 3 years I’ve started building following by talking about music business & gear. Something that would mostly resonate with music creators rather than music fans. However, I’ve been trying to go in the direction of being an artist as of this year. So me continuing down that path is counter intuitive for the goals I’ve set for myself. I’ve been trying to figure out what it is that I can create that would connect with and entertain an audience of music fans and it’s been a hard process. But I’m sure in the end it will be rewarding. It’s just a matter of figuring out what I will share that resonates with music fans more than music creators. I just thought this might be something that someone else might benefit from. @Austen Nobles I can’t say I’ve found any “hacks” it’s just been a lot of thinking about what I can do that a non music creator would find interesting that fits with my personal style. Currently I’ve been sitting around in parks with my keyboard or Ableton Push and not even playing it (I’m experimenting with different “POV” content to see if I can get some traction with that). The attached post got decent interactions on Instagram and TikTok… I’m pretty sure I tapped into peoples insecurity about doing stuff in public and that’s why people stuck around… or they thought there was gonna be a punchline 😂😂

@Austen Nobles no problem! Essentially I just do some "performances" and break them up into smaller videos and alternate between them. I think it would help me more if I had brought a few different shirts when I was shooting that day though 😂
