- grateful for friends who send sweet reminders that we are all on our own path & im exactly where I need to be. - grateful for my first meditation yesterday with Marcus & lily - grateful to cover another one of my caregivers shifts today (unable to attend mediation because of it but grateful to give Caregicer rest they need)
