Roads or Trails? 🛣️
First run since the marathon, easing back into running with a light trail run. I wish i lived by some mountains because then I would ditch the roads entirely…I LOVE trail running. Much less of a grind mentally and you just get lost in nature. To all my runners out there do you prefer trails or road running?

Chicago Marathon ✅
Running the Chicago marathon yesterday was an experience. No race I’ve been to has come close to the energy that Chicago had! There were 50,000 runners and around a million spectators lined the course! More details on my community! Have any of you ran a marathon?

Back day
Had crazy progression today! And proud of this, as for past few weeks I was stuck at 4-5 reps in 100kg deadlift but hit 7 reps today, moreover I can easily go till 10 reps on 90 kg squats! Super proud of them!

@Garv Singh Chauhan you’ll come around😉 you aren’t getting nearly enough volume per muscle group. It might be good for newbie gains but eventually you will be switching that bro split out. Intro
Just realized I never did an intro! Hello everyone! I’m Keith, 23 from Indiana, US. I’m a big endurance guy and spent the last few years checking off some life goals. I did an Ironman last November and actually just finished my first marathon yesterday. I love the gym, hiking, and everything included with living a healthy life.
