Running is starting to feel a little easier
I did my usual 26mins, I kept it rather consistent today, although I played with the speed throughout the run. Made it to 3.2km, I still have lots of work to do but I find it’s getting easier to run which is good! 🔥 Does anyone have any tips for building endurance at a quicker rate? I kept going a bit past the 26min mark⬇️

Try running on roads! Its more fun and hence you can do it for solid 1-2 hours!
Mental’s feeling good
I feel like I’m in a good spot right now. I’m getting my weight under control, I’m starting to feel a lot better and I think this discipline is beneficial for things outside of fitness as well. School’s amazing, working 2 jobs all while maintaining a good social life; I just feel like all round everything is going in the right direction! 🙂

Shoulders
Yesterday, I had most insane shoulder training of my life. My shoulders were hurting so much the workout before finishing it. I could not hit the front delts because of the pain I got from working side and rear delts with too much intensity. when I was about to had dinner. I was afraid if I could not eat it from my hands. It was hurting so much, but after sometime it was okay. Do you think I shall do the exercises today with bicep and tricep?

Shoulders
Back on track/running day
I unfortunately missed the 2 days in a row at the gym due to school and unavoidable things but we’re back now! Started with a good stretch as usual because it’s so important and it allows my muscles to loosen up a bit before running. Although I felt rather tired today, I still came to the gym and put in a solid effort! I ran my usual 26mins; I ran the first 5mins at 8:30 pace and then I got off because I needed to use the washroom 😅 but then I hopped back on the treadmill afterwards for a total of 22mins. I ran at a 7:30 pace for about 12mins and then walked for till the 17min mark and then I ran at 5:27 pace for a minute, rested (walked) for 2mins and then cranked the speed to 12km/h about 5:00 pace for a minute just to test my limits a bit. Finished with a brisk walk for the last 2mins Overall, solid workout I think! 🔥💪

Volleyball after one year
Yesterday in the sports period, I was planning to bunk the class and focus on the business, but I just felt to play volleyball with my friends. One year ago in my school, I was a decent player who learnt the sports from my friends and just became better at it and planned to become some player of my University team, but didn’t get a chance to play from last one year, so I decided to play the sport yesterday. In just five minutes, I was back in the form. I was really nice. I was smashing the ball very hard. I got stronger in the sport after going to the gym. The ball was hitting hard from my hand and many times. People were not able to receive even the service. I was playing really good, but after a moment, I don’t know something happened, and I was not able to play to my full potential, and then after playing approximately one and half hours, I left the court and just set and watched other players play it was really nice experience after all!
