Fitness! Health
Today I want to restart my fitness goal, but this time I want to follow a schedule and a reoutine! I’m fed up to not being organized enough! I’ll detach from my old life and start programming day by day my goals over here! I’ll concentrate here because I believe in the “Adonis” of this community and why not building something more than word or pictures. Building a great community where every guy or even girl has his or her own objective or passion and combining it with self improvement. Being proud of each other mentally and fiscally! The wises man in history…. The Greeks and the romans had many quotes, form the pre mentioned romans I got this Beaty that could be appreciated. “Men sana en corpore sano” a healthy mind is followed by an healthy body. Take care of every muscle in the body, especially the brains 🧠💪🏼♾️

Do More, Think Less: Lessons from My Call with a Rising Influencer
Yesterday, I had an inspiring conversation with an influencer who's currently doing what I’m working towards. We talked for about 20 minutes, and his story hit me hard. Just a month ago, this guy started posting videos where he walks up to people, being funny and confident—showing exactly how powerful of a skill approaching can be. Fast forward to now, he’s got multiple videos with over a million views and around 60k followers on Instagram. How? He simply posted two reels a day, every day, and let the process take care of itself. He’s based in Miami, working for himself, driven by a relentless mindset that no one’s going to outwork him. He told me the reason he met with me was “If I give, I know I’ll get 10x back in return”. That mindset of trusting the process and always giving value is the foundation for his success. It reminded me that we can all benefit from this. It’s not about waiting for the perfect moment or doubting ourselves—it’s about doing more, thinking less, and letting action drive us forward. What’s even better is that we plan to eventually link up in Miami, hit the clubs together, and bring that same energy to the scene. I can already tell he’s going to be a great connection, and I’m excited for the content we’ll create when I make my way over there. This call was a reminder that the right people and opportunities show up when you're aligned with your goals. Ever since I decided to put myself out there and declared that this is what I want to do, I’ve been meeting influencers who are on the same path. I keep telling myself: "my energy attracts the people I want in my life to me, and keeps people I don't want/need in my life away". I’m living proof that when your mindset and actions are aligned, the universe responds. Now, I’m bringing that same energy and focus to this community. I’m here to put in the work, and I’m excited to give back through the content I’ll be creating. My glasses, which are designed to record interactions, are coming this week, and I can’t wait to use them for footage of the approaches. I’ll be sharing those experiences with all of you, showing what consistent effort and the right mindset can really achieve.

“it’s about doing more, thinking less, and letting action drive us forward” Crazy quote. Knowing you is bringing a very +ve influence in my life, i hope we all succeed in figuring our lives and chasing our goals.
Mastering the Art of Connection and Confidence
One of the biggest mindset shifts I’ve had in life was realizing the power of true empathy. It all started when I read The Laws of Human Nature—that’s when it clicked for me. Seeing things from others’ perspectives isn’t just a nice idea, it’s a superpower. When you genuinely focus on what people are saying, like How to Win Friends and Influence People taught me, you stop worrying about making people interested in you. That quote, “You will make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you,” stuck with me for a reason. This mindset even carries over into dating. Instead of asking, “Does she like me?” flip the script—“Do I like her?” Am I even interested? That small mental switch is game-changing. It builds your confidence because you stop seeking approval and start owning your worth. Women pick up on that energy. You come off as a secure, grounded dude without even trying. Want to keep someone talking? Everyone loves chatting about themselves—ask about their family, places they want to travel, their dreams for the future. Keep them in the spotlight, and watch how they light up. But here’s the part I still wrestle with: Law 4 from The 48 Laws of Power—talk less than necessary. The less you say, the more powerful you appear. It keeps you mysterious and unpredictable, which, let’s be real, makes you stand out. It ties into Law 16 too—absence and presence. If you’re always available, people stop valuing your time. You’ve got to give them space to miss you. I heard this a while ago, and it’s gold: “A FaceTime a day keeps the girl in play.” You don’t have to text her constantly. Everyone does that. One call, be different, and always make it seem like you’ve got something going on. Every time I hear, “No guy ever FaceTimes me,” or “No one ever calls me,” I know I’m doing something right. Own your energy. Control your time. Watch how people respond ⚡️🤌🏻⚡️
