Emotional intelligence it basically means you read the person and their vibe, and now you’re trying to empathetically reply back to them. They have to know you understand them emotionally so that they can feel comfortable with you about the said product. You have to get down in their level. I use this with banking (my current job) and I understand the customer and empathize with them and make them feel secure with me. And that’s when I tell them how I’m going to fix their problem. Let them know you understand them and you’ll do what it takes to solve their problem.

I feel it’s important to use the closing/sale framework because it keeps you in a good pace. You’re listening to what they have to say and learning more about them. Seeing if they’re eligible to even go through with the sell. It saves your time and theirs.

As a closer we aren’t pushy or slimey. We make the customer feel grateful for having someone there to help them and talk through it with them. They feel a relief after. Now, a closer is all those things and they’re just doing it for the money - they’re money hungry.

Mindset
I think believing in myself is a super power I can use to conquer anything I set my mind to. I really do. It’s much more powerful than people think. I think some ways to build that super power on my day to day life is to start with small things, just like in the video. Start with small tasks and then go on to bigger things as you go each day.

Why do remote closers get paid well for the work they do?
We are the last people to see the person - the ones to lead them to their purchase. The extra push, if I may add! We get paid well to close the deal and seal it tight.
