Monday Club!
Monday is a MINDSET. It's your choice how you view today! I personally love them! It's always a little reset on the previous week to just get dialled in on your goals. Would love to know what you're focusing on this week? For me... - Train or stretch every day (I'm tight as fuck right now!!) - 4 hours of DEEP work every morning. - 1 house task ticked off each night (I have A LOT to do) If I get that done this week I'll be extremely happy!

Evening gang, Great energy in the group, thank you David🙌 A lot of transition happening for me, winding down in one job before my next one starts and the lack of routine is not ideal, and I’m moving house over the next couple of weeks.🧘‍♀️ I’m going to measure and track food accurately, not skip any workouts and embrace all the beautiful autumn colours with some walks to get my steps in! Trying to improve sleep hygiene too so I’ve more energy especially as it gets darker in the mornings!x
