When you're building positive habits, the weekend can be an absolute result killer. Our usual schedule changes. Socials much more regular. Traditions like meals. And of course much more alcohol consumed over the weekends. Many people will spend the week shaving off excess calories and absolutely nail it, only to make up a whole day's allowance in one extra excessive meal ๐ฎ But equally it's important to enjoy life and not erase plessure.
