Let us know in the comments ๐Ÿ‘‡ Crucial part for me today is a walk. ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ Monday I breakfast with my 2 toddlers while the other half gyms early doors. Carnage. Then I work ๐Ÿ’ป I instruct 2 sessions today so it's a must I get in at least half hour walk before the first session. Puts me mentally and physically in the right place. Walking is also a recognised back pain intervention. So many benefits. Whatever you're planning, get in some movement, and have a graat start to the week!

Had a lot of movement today away from the desk, with the family. Made for a great change. Feel good for it too.

@Simon Reap Hope it doesn't become a big problem for you. I used to get sore knees when running but then I changed my diet. If sugar features in your diet, try to eliminate it and cut out red meat and processed foods. Doctors will prescribe lots of tablets but really it all boils down to the diet. Good luck.

I have been seated at my desk doing reports, to be honest. But I'm still doing my mat exercises in the mornings.
