What Do You Do For Fun? Let Us Know 👇
What do you do to kick back from life stuff/stress? What do you enjoy doing, your hobby, your leisure time? For me it is the gym, sauna, Pilates, walking and family time. Occasional 🍻 with friends often watching the rugby - and I try to read a lot. There's more I need to add to this list, but slowly I am getting more time as the kids are a little bigger (both still under 4) to bring in more activity. Maybe some vets rugby on the cards 🤔and hoping to get back to BJJ within the next 12 months. Let's hear what you enjoy, and perhaps want to get back to in the future in the comments 👇

Struggling? Free Support Calls 📞
Hi people 👋 Important one - please read. We have 77 members in the community, but only around 15 who are doing stuff, and around 7 who are keeping really consistent and engaged in the community and sessions. "Doing something" is the only way to make a difference. Doing something consistently and progressively is hard, especially when life throws life stuff at you.💥 Feeling stuck? What are you doing about it consistently for 3 months or longer to make a difference? Let us know in the comments 👇 Some people don't know what to do, others do but can't motivate themselves and keep disciplined. I spoke to someone in the summer who just couldn't fit 3 hour long Pilates sessions in to a week, she thought that's what she HAD to do to get a result 🤯 so she was giving up 🥲 When we got on a call and discussed this, and looked at her schedule...We planned in 1 x 45 min session and 2 x 15/20 minute sessions in to her week, she got massive results and found it easy to commit to this. This can fit any schedule and circumstance. But you HAVE to take action. Doing nothing is a one way street DOWNHILL. Einstein is regularly credited with saying that "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results"....sorry mate, that's not quite right, some things take time....however, insanity is 👇 Doing NOTHING consistently and expecting a different result 😩 The engagement in the community opens up everything course wise, as does having an onboarding/support call with me. I have a limited number of calls free each week. Whatever the challenge, lets dive on a call and get down to what is holding you back. You're here for a reason, lets get to work. You can book your call here Can't wait to speak 😊

@Donna Koch so you have 5 here under the daily maintenance sessions There are some others on YouTube, at some point I'll have them all available in here. If you ever wanted more support, more sessions available and live Zoom sessions, we could chat about membership. But probably you'll do fine between here and YouTube 🙌

@Matthew Szendrei welcome! Great to have you here. But ah man that sounds rough. sorry to hear it. These things tend to come along all at once. You can certainly build back up and Pilates could be a great foundation for that. It'll take some time and patience, but you'll get there. The 14 day challenge starting Friday could be a very good starting point. 👏 Happy to chat If I can help

@Matthew Szendrei great! Also start to build up in that beginners course and let me know if you;re unsure of anything or if the injuries don't like certain exercises. Most issues can be resolved with a smaller range of motion, lower level, less reps etc. Pilates exercises are strong, controlled and precise so unlikely to cause injury - don't push in to pain. You may feel stretch etc, but should not get more painful. Finally, where in SA are you from? Summer time now right?
