Imperfect Action is better than Perfect Inaction
Something is better than nothing! I use the gym at work (I get here at 6am), we have an event on today that I've been quite a big part of organising so I thought I'd be better off skipping my walk this morning and 'just' doing Pilates, that way I can get into the office a little earlier to ensure all is well and reduce my anxiety around the event going smoothly! Sometimes we have to adjust to life and that's okay 😊

I'm Working On Something 4 You
There will be a 14 day challenge coming very soon. It's one I've run before. This particular exercise is great for backs, knees, spinal mobility, posture, hips/glutes and more. Last time people had niggles and problems go away just by being consistent with it for the 14 days. But before I set it all up I want your buy in! It'll take about 5-10 mins per day depending if you stretch. There are rest days in the 14 days. You in?
