Does anyone has a good excersise to keep the guard up? Specially the back hand

The right hand(orthodox stance): Use the cheekbone under the right eye as a guide. Keep you finger knuckles (middle knuckles) on that cheekbone while you shadowbox or move around. If you keep dropping it grab your earlobe. Left hand: Think of it as your sight like on a weapon, if you can’t see you hand like a sight it’s to low.
