The Multiple C Framework: Commitment to Clarity
I was diagnosed with ADHD in July 2024 and after the assessment I told myself that if I can help anyone who has been late diagnosed identify it sooner and shift the way they relate to themselves then that will make me happy and more fulfilled. It all started with this first C: COMMITMENT Commitment: Even though I had only just been diagnosed it was my perspective that had changed in that moment and when that happened I was open to learning all the ways to change how I view my traits. I committed to being a guide/synthesizer. Courage: I had to just understand that if I don’t have the courage to create a community and learn as I do then I will never grow. I will just end up playing the perfectionist game of wait until I am ready but in reality I will never be ready I just need to start. Calls: I believe that the reason I am where I am today is because of the calls I have had with my community to find out what they want and the calls I have had with likeminded Skool community owners and mentors. This has to be the only calls you prioritise. If you cannot afford a mentor join a paid community that have weekly group calls. Capability: This will make you capable to position yourself as an asset because you are surrounded by winners and listen to all the things your community wants and crafting an offer from that data. Confidence: This will then make you confident in your abilities and it will help you attract more clients because they will see that you have the solution to their problems and you are also where they want to be. Contributions: This is an important step because you will find more likeminded people when you share your wins on Skool and comment under posts that resonate with you. This will create another C that is also very important CONNECTIONS! Collaborations: When you share wins and what matters to you it helps you attract potential collaborations. This could be an exchange in high ticket offers or maybe then contributing to your community with a module in your course. If you share meaningful comments under meaningful posts you will make meaningful collaborations.

I love this man! I would have died for your community 5 years ago when I had just been diagnosed with ADHD. Keep crushing it! 💪
How to get a TON of Comments on your Skool posts
Step 1: Be crystal clear and tell people to DM you a certain word like "FRIDAY." Step 2: Watch people comment instead.

How To Make $6,000 in the Next 2 Days
Big congratulations to @Nick Salman for making not 1... but 2 (TWO!) $3k sales in the last 48 hours! How did he do it? • Nick created an irresistible offer • He posted SIMPLE content on social media that offers helpful advice to people • He asked us for advice on his content to make it better • He showed up to our LIVE masterminds (came to the event in Ireland) • He spoke with me and the team OFTEN on Zooms every week • He kept a positive headspace through the hard times If you feel like you need help getting clear on your offer or sales process... Or you want some help with any of the above bullet points... Just DM me: "NICK" and I'll lay out the exact plan for you that we laid out for Nick to use so you can just copy him and get similar results 💰 Best, Ted P.S. SHOUTOUT NICK FOR PUTTING IN THE WORK!!!!! What you put out is what you get back.

How empathy can transform your Skool community
If you want a thriving Skool community, empathy is your secret weapon. It’s not just about being nice. It’s about understanding your members’ struggles, goals, and emotions so you can serve them better. Start by listening to understand. What are your members really saying? Try to look beyond the words to understand their true emotions and intentions. When you take the time to follow up on concerns or celebrate progress, you show that their experience matters. Empathy is also understanding their pain points and aspirations. - What brought them to your community? - What are they working toward? Knowing these answers helps you create content and support systems that speak directly to their needs. And don’t just sympathize—take action. Offer advice, resources, or strategies that address their challenges. A little help goes a long way in building trust and loyalty. Finally, celebrate their wins. It doesn't matter if it's a big milestone or a quick win, recognition makes people feel valued and considered (which keeps them engaged.) Empathy can turn a group of strangers into a community. What’s one small way you can show your members that you see them today?

Yes to all this, Sylvian! Great post. People want to be seen and heard, knowing that you provide a safe space for them to open up.
