@Russ Walker Thx for the advice Russ! Yeah, I would very much like to continue my weight training since I like it very much. But as you say, using Pilates as a compliment may be the thing that can keep things smooth. Unfortunately time is an issue for me as for most people juggling work, family and training so hoping to find a way in the future where I can spend around 20 min sessions on Pilates instead of 45. But for now I’ll try it out as the beginner that I am!
