Determined to Build and Strengthen
I’m Fritz, a father of six who now works in a hybrid remote setting. Before this, I spent years working as a contractor, often driving up to six hours one way to perform heavy labor. I didn’t create much time for working out back then and, at 6’5”, I averaged about 285 lbs over the years. Recently, I’ve made some important changes in my habits and activity, dropping down to 230 lbs. Now, I’m focused on sculpting my body and addressing a few weak points to prevent injury. I’m looking forward to seeing how Pilates can help me build a stronger foundation and keep progressing.
