Hello bougie body family! Wow this week has been one for the books. If you live in the Seattle area you understand the wind storm that came thru and how crazy it’s been around here…and we have a few more storms coming this week! I have a few workouts I’m going to pump out this weekend while I have power again. I’m so sorry about the LIVE class last night, we were without power until late last night and the internet has been spotty since getting power so I’m going to work hard while it’s working and get them to you. Thanksgiving LIVE workout is still a go for this Thursday morning, comment below if you thinking about jumping in!! I love to see you all there!! Hey Bougie Body!! Got a couple of fun workouts going out to you today. Don't forget to add some of the Booty Builder classes to your routine....they are so good and I'm hearing great feedback from some booty growth happening in the community. This week there was no LIVE class, just couldn't make it work with Halloween and kids things but next week we have one! Hi Bougie Body!! I’ve been having difficulty with my internet this week….poor timing for comcast to be doing work on our connections but I have several workouts coming hopefully today and tomorrow. If your ready for some fresh new content, be ready because it’s in the way!! As a result of bad internet, it’s not allowing me upload the LIVE ab class from Tuesday so I’m going to re-record it and post it soon. It was so good, I don’t know about Marlene but my abs are still sore! Love and appreciate you all and thank you for your patients on this!!

Tonight is our LIVE class and its 100% all abs. These are my favorite classes to do because they are super challenging and they feel so good when they are done.
