Every day I’m using creatine, electrolytes, Phormula 1 and Ignition from 1st Phorm. I use a Vitamin D and B and ashwaganda. Magnesium before bed.
What's your morning routine?
Drop your morning routine below. Mine is as follows... Wake up drink a glass of water to hydrate Make a cup of coffee or mud water, Go out on my back porch and read a page of my daily devotional put my bare feet on the ground "get grounded" pray/manifest/give gratitude for 15 ish minutes journal "not every day but as needed" make breakfast and then head to the gym. Does it always go exactly like this? No but the days that I do seem to go much better than the days that I don't. Make it your own, find what works best for you. Out of everything I would say the 15 minutes of Prayer/gratitude/manifestation, and moving your body is the most important of them all. Even if it is just a few push ups or squats DO SOMETHING. A great book on this you can read is called The Morning Miracle.

As of recent I have tried to simplify mine as much as possible: Cold shower -> hydrate with electrolytes and salt -> get out the door to go to the gym, listening to a podcast -> 20 min Bible -> lift
Financial Literacy Help!
Morning brothers! I was recently at a conference and one of the speakers said “your financial IQ is directly related to your current financial situation”. After hearing that, I’m ready to learn as much as possible, even going back to the basics. Looking for any book, podcast, follow recommendations y’all may have OR what worked for you? Group tactical fitness session
Hi all, been a silent participant up till now and have been out of town working so couldn’t make this last meetup. I wanted to gauge everyone’s interest in doing an intro session with Tactical Fitness Austin, they are a firearm and fitness instruction company who’s goal is to get peoples training up to par with their gear and rifle skills. Along with hand to hand combat and self defense skills. Working together as a group to become stronger versions of ourselves drives me, let me know if anyone would be interested in getting more info about this!

Back to day 1 boys 🙃
I re adjusted my macros with my coach in the 1st Phorm app the day before and then over did my fats and under cut my carbs for the day so I’m starting over at day 1 today. I do not expect everyone to be holding themselves to this level of diet but what ever you chose you stick to. No deviation. What I do expect out of everyone is that they hold themselves accountable and have integrity if you do slip up and start over. 🤘🏼 How’s everyone doing?
