Assistable v Closebot
I’m sure this question gets asked a million times, I’ve searched but can’t get a clear answer I’m very new to everything AI- I have a closebot account and a live bot which in all honesty, is on 🔥 My niche is Home Services and I can’t shake the fact that Closebot isn’t interested in Voice and I think this is a huge opportunity for certain businesses I’m completely new to Assistable but read so many good things that I’ve signed up to give it a go, just having an issue with numbers so waiting on GHL My question is.. How does text conversation compare to Closebot. I’m a little brainwashed by the objectives structure and simple prompting as well as the features that are constantly being pushed out Can the systems run side by side and if so, how would I do this? If I decided to have CB doing the text side and wanted Voice to step in, how does this generally look? Many thanks

I used Closebot and liked it. They've done some really great things over there and it's super simple (almost dummy proof LOL). The drag and drop Objectives is kickass and really something nobody else has (hint hint @Jorden Williams ). I also know Zappy Chat very very well and Consolidata's AI (which is really just building OpenAI Assistants). Having said all that, none of them come close to Assistable. And it's not just right this second. With this complete V2 buildout and what Jorden has put together, nobody else is even thinking in these terms. If it were me, I'd stick with Closebot for another 7-10 days while a few bugs are corrected here and then come join the party.

@Jorden Williams Maybe this type of flowbuilder could come back as an Advanced setting. Because I love this.

Possible To Book Appointment on Event Type Calendar?
is it possible to book appointment on Event type calendar? Have a client who has a particular situation and uses an Event calendar instead of Round Robin. Anyone have any suggestions?

@Robert Boydston have you tried it? Because I get an error and I know with other AI it errored because Event type Calendar isn’t attached to a single User.
Deploy my live chat on a funnel?
Hey guys, I am having some trouble deploying my assistant to my funnel… I’ve watched all J’s vids but nothing shows how’s it’s done. Curious is it via a chatbot in the websites tab with the live chat option? Or is there another way?

Yes, setup the Live Chat Widget and that's what you put on the website/funnel. Then the Workflow is Contact Replied filtered by Live Chat (Also do Chat Widget to be on safe side). Then add the Active Tag. Might want to add the loop just to be on the safe side. (in the past, Assistable would pickup the response quicker than GHL could add the tag, so the AI wouldn't respond).
