Grateful for: 1. Showing up for my friends and holding space for them while they were processing some big emotions. 2. Waking up with some good energy and even better health. 3. Quality time with quality people. What about you?
I am grateful for: My parents who are always there for me and texted me to see how I was doing. My kids who help me be present and feel responsibility and feel needed. Also early morning wake up and shower and make the bed to start my day!
