What did you do on HALLOWEEN ?
I actually don't take any part in this tradition because I am from Europe but many people I know are dressing themselves as someone and they go drinking until unconscious. This type of stuff isn't for me. So, I did what I usually do that day. I was woking on my business to provide and be helpful to the world as well as working out, praying for another day that I lived and finally journaling.

What are your biggest struggles right now?
Guys what are you struggling the most with right now in terms of self improvement, confidence, dating etc...? I don't know if this is something you guys also struggle with, but man, right now I really have to get my dating game right, took too many friendzones and Ls in the last period

@Sai Raam Ok got it. Then by far the best thing you can do is meditation. It literally trains your brain to be focused on one thing only, to be aware of your own thoughts and to be able to isolate your brain from those kind of random thoughts that destroy your focus (I know how that feels because I've been there myself...). If you're a christian I STRONGLY recommend christian meditation (John Main method), I started doing it for 20 minutes a day a couple of months ago and my mind has become WAY more powerful already

@Vedd Sath Fix your mental health and meditate. Stop watching motivational videos, they're COMPLETELY useless. If you fix your mental health you'll realize you don't need extarnal motivation, you'll naturally be more focused on your goals and you'll be INSANELY more happy. Just wait till Max drops some self improvement course, I think he'll cover these kind of things himself
Overthinking
Imagine that when you finished a test and after you will notice that you thinking about the side effects of failing the exam and then you started to worry an about that . thinking about either side is good but when the limit is reached , it is not good for us .Overthinking may sound simple but it's very malevolent. overthinking will kill happiness , it makes us be in constant state of worrying and distressed , Think about it we are worrying for things that hasn't happened yet , we don't know what the future holds for us , remember overthinking only kills present peace not your future problem , Everything has it's own reason to happen , perform your duty and detach from it's fruit so that you won't worry about the result and you will start to enjoy the process , one way to overcome overthinking is that to control our minds because the one who has the control over mind can conquer anything , you can control your mind through meditation, workouts, yoga, and other physical activity .What you guys think share your thoughts ( and if my English is bad sorry for that i will try to improve 😅)

@Athaerv Dasoondi Yeah that's true, but overthinking is something negative even if it's about positive things. The problem about overthinking isn't just about creating negative thoughts or focusing on non existing problems, it's about getting in a mindset where you think too much and do too little. For example, if you overthink about planning something like your business, you'll end up spending all of your time on thinking rather than doing and you'll end up with no results. Overthinking is something that paralizes you, no matter if the thoughts are positive or negative. So overthinking is never good. I think what you really mean by overthinking about positive things is actually just shifting your mindset from being focused on negative thoughts to being focused on positive thoughts, which is great
New pr boys
Hit a new pr yesterday during my workout. Weighted dips with 30kg for 3 reps. It's not actually a real pr because I definitely had more in me and it was for 4 working sets, but still I never did it, especially for 4 sets. The goal is a 50kg 1rm by the end of november
