Poor choice
I’ve answered 13k Skool support emails. Here are 5 lessons that I’ve learned.
Hey everyone!!! I don’t normally post, but after speaking to some of you in the Skool HQ I thought I’d share a couple of the things I’ve learned working on the support team for the past 1 year 😄 Here we go: 1. When members can’t reach you for help, their experience suffers—and they’re more likely to leave. Solution: Make your support email easy to find. Add it to key places like your community’s About page, the welcome post, or the first page of any course. The easier it is for members to get help, the better their experience will be. When members know where to ask for help, they’ll feel supported. They know you have their back even if they don’t contact you. 2. People get confused about what to do in your community without a clear community roadmap. Solution: Engaged communities provide a clear roadmap. The purpose of the roadmap is to guide members from point A to point B with simple, actionable steps. Outline precisely what members need to do to achieve their goal. This shows you have a proven plan and can help them succeed. People will join your community to achieve their goals. But they stay because of the valuable connections they make along the way. Speaking of connections… 3. Members are less likely to churn when they feel a personal connection with you. Community is like a party: If you don’t know anyone there, you will feel left out. And no one likes that feeling. By taking the time to connect with members, you make them feel included. Members who know you personally become invested in your community and are much less likely to leave. Solution: Start by building relationships through AutoDMs. Ask open-ended questions like, “Have you been doing this for a while, or are you just getting started?” From there, tag them in relevant posts based on where they are in their journey. Move from DMs to a one-on-one call. For smaller communities, consider short 1-1 calls. For larger communities, an onboarding call is a great time investment. You can even direct members to the onboarding call directly from your AutoDM.

@Erika Kulpina I might be dumb but I wonder how to make circle profile picture and how to give them ( to leave in classrrom ? or to dm to them ? what size should it be. Thank you fro this amazing post 🙏
FREE TRIALS VS PAID
I have noticed that many people switched back from the new feature FREE TRIAL to simply PAID. It seems that those who truly want to buy premium will do so anyway. On the other hand, there are others, ungrateful ones, who have already received free value from the community but still wanted more by starting the free trial and canceling after 7 days. To address this, I have locked all recordings, and now the drip content begins on the 8th day after joining. Does anyone have any data or insights on this behavior?

@Jose Carlos Zavarse I do have onboarding calls. I only had 10 trials so far ( my local community ) . I have seen some guy on trial in 9 different paid groups range 30-200 usd...I removed him before the trial ended as he did not respond to dm. For some reason I really don't like this trial at all as people have chance to see what kind of value they will expect from my based on free group ( 4h course and daily support )
Show us your skool meme (win $10k)
Share your best skool meme. The community will vote and the winner will get $10k cash. Share your meme in the comments below. Entries close Nov 21 @ 1:11pm Pacific. *Edit: GIFs aren't memes. They will be deleted so only memes remain. We'll select the best memes from the comments and let people vote properly. Otherwise the first comments obviously have an unfair advantage. Don't worry, the best meme will win.

Offer he can't refuse...That's why...
Give Free Members everything Paid Members get, except for 1 thing.
Selling course material is stupid, do this instead 👇 ⚠️ Warning: You may not like or agree with what I write here, but I promise it will make you more money if you implement this tactic. I don't sell information. I give it all away for free. ALL OF IT. Information has never been more free, abundant, and undervalued. So why try n sell it? Master @Frank Kern told me years ago that if I want to make a lot of money, I should first "prove to people you can help them by actually helping them." I took that to heart. Now? My FREE Skool community members get everything my low ticket ($197/month) & my high ticket (north of 5k) clients get, except for 1 thing... What's the thing? It's the only thing worth paying for! A service. An incredibly helpful service. I give everything (all my BEST course material + pdf's, recordings, etc.) away for free to my free Skool community members, and I reserve only my services for my paid members. Why? 100+ reasons. But here's one: How can I ethically withhold helpful information from people when I genuinely want to see them succeed ASAP? I can't. That'd be asinine. Which is why my free Skool community members get access to: 1) The same course materials my HT clients have access to. 2) The same links and resources my HT have access to. 3) The same workshops my HT have access to. 4) And yes... even the same group zoom coaching calls my HT attend! So then... what do my HT & LT clients get that my free members don't get? I already told you... A service! Your services can look like whatever you want them to look like, but here's what mine looks like: My low ticket clients get 5x small group sessions per week with my team & I where we help them grow their business quickly. Our service includes reviewing their Skool community, website, funnel, content, DM's, sales calls, etc. and giving them feedback to make everything better. My high ticket clients, on the other hand, get to work directly (1 on 1) with me & my team on Zoom (or IRL) for even quicker results.
